5-Year Ceramic Coating

​

       A single layer of Gtechniq’s Crystal Serum Lite (CSL) offers exceptional hardness, chemical resistance, UV protection, and hydrophobic properties that last up to 5 years with proper maintenance.

7-Year Ceramic Coating

       This two-layer system combines CSL with Gtechniq’s EXO V5, an ultra-glossy, slick top coat that boosts durability, enhances water behavior, and delivers incredible visual depth. This is the most complete coating system we offer—and the longest-lasting.

Our Ceramic Coating Process

​

       To ensure flawless bonding and optimal performance, every vehicle goes through a controlled, step-by-step process:

1. Decontamination Wash
   Removes surface-level grime, road film, and iron particles using pH-balanced foam and iron remover.

2. Clay Bar Treatment
   Lifts embedded debris and contaminants from the clear coat for a smooth, contaminant-free finish.

3. Polishing
   Depending on the paint condition, we perform a paint enhancement or multi-stage correction to restore clarity, depth, and gloss prior to coating.

4. Paint Prep
   A panel wipe using isopropyl alcohol removes all oils, fillers, and waxes—ensuring a clean surface for proper ceramic bonding.

5. Ceramic Coating Application

   The coating is applied using a precise cross-weave pattern—first horizontally, then vertically—to ensure complete, even coverage across every square inch of your vehicle. This method guarantees that no section is missed, even in curved or contoured areas.

    

   We also use the quadrant towel method during removal, ensuring each panel is wiped with a clean section of microfiber to eliminate the risk of micro-marring or streaking during cure.

    

   The result is a flawless, high-gloss finish with maximum protection, clarity, and longevity.

Professional Curing Environment

​

       All ceramic applications are performed indoors in a fully insulated, air-conditioned garage maintained at a consistent 70°F for optimal curing conditions. Your vehicle will remain in this controlled environment for at least 12 hours

 

Timeline

       This is not a rush job—it’s a precision process. Depending on the size of the vehicle, its current condition, and any requested add-ons, your ceramic coating service will take 2 to 3 full days to complete. This ensures every step is performed under ideal conditions with no shortcuts taken.
